Eye Sketch

This sketch of an eye was an idea I had that I thought would be something fun to draw. It was a really easy sketch. I made it look like the eye was cught by the light by adding the white spot in the corner of the eye. I think I could've done a better job at this. I don' really like the top eye lashes but they are thick and stand out. If I was to redo this drawing I would make the eye actually have a color, that wa it would give the drawing more detail. Also, I would make the eye brow darker to match the color of the eye lashes. Overall, this was a good drawing that I did. 

Happiness Is The Key to Life.. (:

When I decided to do this project I thought a key would be a good idea to complete this saying. I honestly don't like this project as much as I thought I would. I think I should have took more time on deciding what I really wanted to accomplish in this painting. The design at the bottom was a good idea that I had. The swirls give the project a better look, so that the background is not plain. If I could redo this project I would. It needs more detail. Other than that it was a really good idea that I should've spent more time on.

~Scooby-Doo & Shaggy ~

For this project, I got the idea from my cousin, Kennedy. She is a big Scooby fan, so I decided to paint her a painting of Scooby and Shaggy. It took awhile to get the drawing perfect. There was a lot of things I had to do to get Shaggy the right size. I really enjoyed doing this project because it had challenges such as the challenge of drawing Scooby and Shaggy. If I could redo this painting, I would make the background better. I might incorporate the color sceme of blue and green, instead of poka dots and two shades of blue. Other than drawing, it was was an easy painting to paint.

~ Minnie ~ Mouse ~

My thoughts on making this project was for my cousin Kassidy that loves Minnie Mouse. I think that I did a really good job making this project look good. I spent a lot of time on it. Creating this project I used acrylic paint and a thick board. After I did the background I put some glitter on the wet paint, which you can not see the glitter in this picture. If I was to redo this project I would make it so Minnie was actually laying on something and make it feel like she was an actual picture. The most difficult part about this project was making her look like she was laying down. Also, her black legs crossing were hard to do. Overall, I really like this project.

Music Forever

I found this picture of a guitar with some flowers and some really cool designs so I thought what the heck, why not try to sketch this. As I started I thought I wouldn't be able to accomplish this. But by the end I did. I took alot of time on this project and made it look really good. I enjoyed doing this project, also I would've liked to continue with another project like this but I didn't have time to make another project like this. I really liked doing this project.

Oil Pastels

On this project I thought about how I could get the butterfly to be the main focus. The butterfly makes the flower pop out in the background. The only thing I think that I should've changed was the use of materials. Like I think that if I didn't use oil pastels that this could have turned out better. I had to be really careful with the oils because of the chance of mixing or smearing the other colors. I didn't think that this would turn out as good as it had but I'm glad that it did.

Finding Nemo

Just Keep Swimming! I was inspired to do this project because I love watching Finding Nemo. This project took quite awhile to complete. I enjoyed doing this project because it was my first really good project. I think that I did an good job on it but yet I could've done more details to this. If I could redo this project I would make Dorie's skin one color. The light blue looks faded in some areas but they project still turned out to be better than I thought.
